Currencies and Multicurrency Investing
Investing in a Golden Visa?
Buying property abroad?
We help you plan ahead to avoid the risks of currency inflation.

We offer investment management:
We serve U.S. citizens with multicurrency needs. Whether investing in a Golden Visa or real estate, or you simply plan to spend more time outside the U.S., you will need euros, pounds, or some currency other than U.S. dollars.
In your portfolio, we will purchase your desired currency at the prevailing market rates, and then invest in short-term, interest-bearing, fixed-income securities to keep your assets liquid and safe.
For longer-term investors, we buy your chosen currency, and then invest in balanced portfolios based on your needs, and risk tolerances. These portfolios are comprised of stocks, bonds, and other securities held within ETF or UCITS funds for diversification and efficiency.
As a fiduciary, we charge an investment management fee, not commissions, and we always do our best for you. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Why do currencies matter?
From January 1 to July 1, 2025, the U.S. dollar declined roughly 14 % as measured against the euro.
What this means for U.S. buyers in Europe:
If you spent €100 in January, it cost roughly $104. In July, that €100 cost $118—an extra $14 per every €100 spent.
Thus, monthly expenses like rent, electricity, and groceries, as well as hotels, dining, and tours, became significantly more expensive in dollar terms.
Rent example: On January 1, 2025, you owed €2500 in monthly rent equivalent to 2500 X 1.04 = $2600. Owing the same rent on July 1, 2025, your dollar expense would be 2500 X 1.18 = $2950. That’s a difference of $350 per month for the same 2500 euros in only six months.
We offer a potential solution:
Prepare early to reduce currency volatility by purchasing euros, pounds, or other currency you will need. Then invest that currency in securities that earn interest in that same currency.
We work with:
- Aspiring U.S. expats moving to Europe who want to avoid currency volatility.
- U.S. entrepreneurs and investors managing cross-border assets.
- U.S. digital nomads who are ready to turn success into long-term stability.
- International families with U.S. citizenship navigating lifestyle planning.

How we do it:
- Currency purchases at the market with no commissions or markups.
- Short-term portfolios earn interest and maintain liquidity.
- Long-term, diversified portfolios are tailored to your goals and risk profile.
- 24/7 access to your account.
